Bi-annual Propertymark Exec Event
Held twice a year, this event is an opportunity for Propertymark Board Members and Regional Exec’s, covering all property disciplines, to meet and focus on key industry developments and issues.
Main discussions were directed to the current Government property updates and lobbying with the event landing at a prime time with the announcement of two new consultations commencing on 7th October 2025:

Material Information Consultation.
The event was a chance for us to discuss feedback directly to Government, giving practical, proportionate and expert views on these industry changing consultations. As a cohort, we welcome the news that the UK Government has renewed it’s commitment to reforming the home buying and selling of properties.
