A sense of community and close family connections proved to be the deciding factor when Richard and Irene Scott moved to the Sansaw Estate. 

The couple fell in love with the relaxed and welcoming rural living at the Estate while visiting their son who was already living near Hadnall. 

They decided to join him in North Shropshire by renting a three bedroom property on the estate with extensive work carried out to make sure it was a perfect fit for them before they moved in. 

The couple said the beautiful grounds of the estate were an added attraction with the scenic surroundings providing plenty of inspiration for Irene who is an accomplished artist. 

Long country walks, great local amenities, friendly neighbours and a landlord who they both agree has done everything possible to make them feel “right at home” have ensured they are delighted they made the move. 

“There is nothing better than loving where and how you live. Sansaw has provided the perfect combination of a wonderful home and an idyllic lifestyle. We are extremely happy here,” added Irene.
