Attending Propertymark One this year at ExCeL London was an opportunity to meet and catch up with industry leaders, cutting-edge suppliers and policymakers from around the country. It provided the information on new initiatives and changing developments I was hoping to learn about. The sheer energy, collaborative spirit, and standout speaker panels were excellent.
The annual conference for property professionals, Property Mark One, kicked off with Marie taking part in the inaugural Propertymark One Fun Run a 5k run to raise funds for the industry charity the Property Mark Trust.
Property Mark One was an unmissable day full of powerhouse speakers, experts in industry developments and conversations with agents and peers from around the country.
On the agenda: reforming property tax, rethinking lettings, nailing compliance, navigating future regulation—and unlocking performance and profitability.
The day finished with two captivating keynote sessions from Angela Rayner MP and Karren Brady CBE
Daisy McAndrew put attendees’ questions directly to Angela Rayner MP, covering key topics such as housing, legislative reform, and even the future of government leadership.
Baroness Brady then joined event host Jason Lee on stage to reflect on her remarkable journey in entrepreneurship.
