Property Partnership – Updates on Renters Rights

It is a hot topic within the industry, the Renters Rights Reform bill going through parliament imminently. It comes with significant changes to the private landlord rental market.

I was asked by Shropshire Chamber Property Partnership as a keynote speaker to deliver a presentation on the new updates on lettings legislation at their recent event. Alongside Monks we presented changes that affect AML, EPCs, Awaabs Law as well as a general market update.

We also heard from Berry’s, on Shropshire planning policy, Mortgage Advice Bureau, Geosmart Information Ltd & from Grocott Group – Modular Made Easy.

As always, I came away with lots of food for thought following the interesting discussions had during the networking sessions.
